Healthy Meal Idea

Hi there!

Sorry it has been a while, but the other day I realized that some of my favorite blogs and vlogs have to do with food… and different recipe ideas!  There is so much food and recipes to try out I just love to learn more of them!

So I thought I would share one of my favorite meals I have been having currently, if you enjoy these types of posts let me know so I can continue to make them! I can even switch it up for breakfast, dinner or snacks!

 

Lunch:

What we ate:

  • Oven Roasted colored carrots
  • Avocado and tomato guacamole
  • Oat flour tortillas cut and oven toasted into chips
  • Kale and Corn soup
