Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day… there is no doubt. There are pancakes, waffles, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt etc. the list could go on and on. And I love every single breakfast option there is from the plainest cheerios with almond milk to the most decadent pancakes… I want them all!
Today I thought I would share an easy and delicious breakfast I have been loving that includes plain yoghurt (can be dairy-free if vegan like Kite Hill or Forager), a variety of fruit (I used kiwi, mango, blackberries and blueberries) and some muesli (mine was unsweetened toasted oats) and lastly a drizzle of agave nectar, maple syrup or honey!
