When the heat hits I quickly change my go-to warm oatmeal breakfast to a cool and refreshing smoothie bowl. And, not to brag, but I am pretty sure I have mastered this ice cream textured smoothie bowl!
1 frozen banana
140 grams frozen mango
140 grams frozen strawberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Place all the ingredients in a NutriBullet or a Blender and blend until smooth.
- If the blender is having a difficult time mixing just shake up the fruits and add almond milk sparingly (you don’t want to make a juice!)
- Top the smoothie with your favorite toppings (I love coconut, muesli and fruit!)
- Serve and enjoy!
