My Daily Hair Care Routine

Heyyy! I am back with a post!

Let’s cut straight to it…Hair.

I am very particular about my hair. I tend to have quite oily hair that requires a wash a day so I have become pretty passionate about my hair care products. Today I thought I would share them with you!

If anyone has any maintenance tips for oily hair let me know in the comments!

I have about three products that I use pretty religiously and one product I only use when styling my hair- either way, I wanted to share them all with you!

A little bit about my hair before we begin with the products… as I mentioned before I have quite oily hair. I also have (recently cut) short hair. I have a lot of hair but it is also very thin which results in a little frizziness. Hope this helps 🙂

  1. My Shampoo and Conditioner:

I tend to get oily but at the same time kind of frizzy hair- I have a crazy amount of fly-aways. But I can seriously tell you that the OGX Shea Soft & Smooth Shampoo and Conditioner has seriously helped tame my hair craziness. I highly recommend it to anyone with a similar hair type to me or anyone who wants seriously soft hair!!

2. My Volume Spray:

I recently cut my hair to about a collarbone length and I really wanted to make sure that my short hair had tons of volume so I visited my local CVS to find a good volumizing spray. That is when I came across the Nexxus Comb Thru Finishing Mist with medium hold for volume. I like to toss this in my hair daily for a little added texture and volume. Also, your hair smells great 🙂

3. My Heat Protectant:

A heat protectant is a great product for anyone who styles their hair often. Styling hair can cause terrible split ends and dry hair so using a heat protectant can protect your hair from any terrible damage. This is the product I don’t use daily- as I don’t style my hair daily. I use the TRESemmé Heat Tamer, it is a leave-in spray that protects your hair up to 450 degrees. The best part (for me) is that it makes your hair smell like you just came out of a salon.

I hope you enjoyed this post and it gave you a little help with your hair care! If you have any hair products for oily hair please leave them in the comments below!

Carpe Diem.

-Phi ❤
